제1장 총칙
제1조 (명칭)
본 법인의 명칭은 '뉴잉글랜드 가나다 교육문화 센터'(이하 '본 센터')라 한다.
제2조 (목적)
본 센터는 미국 국세법 제501(c)(3)에 따른 교육 및 공익 목적을 위해 설립되었으며, 한국어와 한국 문화를 배우고자 하는 모든 이들에게 다음의 프로그램을 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
유아/유치부: '분해와 조립' 철학을 바탕으로 한 산수, 지리, 한국어 입문 등 창의 사고력 교육 제공.
초·중·고등부: 미술, 수학, 한글 등 다각적인 프로그램을 통한 실질적 역량 강화 및 문화적 정체성 확립.
공통: 수학 및 논리 교육을 통한 합리적 사고력 향상 및 지역 사회의 문화적 이해 증진.
제3조 (차별 금지 및 개방성)
본 센터는 인종, 국적, 배경에 관계없이 누구에게나 평등하게 교육 기회를 개방하며, 어떠한 차별도 두지 않는다.
제4조 (사무소)
본 센터의 주된 사무소는 미국 매사추세츠주 내 지정된 장소에 둔다.
제2장 조직 및 임원
제5조 (임원 구성)
본 센터의 초기 임원진은 다음과 같다.
센터장 (이사장): 서용학
디렉터 (행정/서기): 권인호
재무: 정규혜
교육개발팀: 김병우, 백승규, 이명주
홍보 및 IT: 이정현
제6조 (임무)
센터장: 법인을 대표하며 운영 전반을 총괄한다.
디렉터: 교육 실무 및 행정 업무를 관리한다.
교육개발팀: '분해와 조립' 원리 및 연령별 맞춤 커리큘럼을 연구·개발한다.
재무: 예산 집행, 회계 보고 및 자금 관리를 담당한다.
제3장 회의 및 재정
제7조 (운영)
매월 정기 회의를 통해 교육 계획을 점검하며, 주요 의사결정은 임원 과반수 찬성으로 결정한다.
제8조 (해산)
본 법인이 해산될 경우, 잔여 자산은 미국 국세법 제501(c)(3)에 해당하는 공익 단체 또는 정부 기관에 귀속된다.

ARTICLE I – NAME
The name of the corporation is: Ganada Educational & Cultural Center of New England, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Center").
ARTICLE II – PURPOSE
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purposes include:
To provide "Assembling & Desembling" based creative thinking education for Preschool/Kindergarten students, focusing on math, geography, and Korean language.
To provide diverse educational programs, including Fine Arts, Mathematics, and Korean Language/Culture, for Elementary, Middle, and High School students to foster academic skills and cultural identity.
To promote logical thinking and humanities learning through math and logic-based curricula for all community members regardless of background.
To foster cultural understanding and community engagement in the Greater Boston area.
ARTICLE III – NON-DISCRIMINATION
The Center shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, or religion. All programs and activities are open to anyone who wishes to learn the Korean language and culture.
ARTICLE IV – REGISTERED OFFICE
The address of the principal office in Massachusetts is:
45 Ash Street, Auburndale, Massachusetts.
ARTICLE V – BOARD OF DIRECTORS & OFFICERS
The initial Board of Directors and officers shall consist of:

ARTICLE VI – DISSOLUTION
Upon the dissolution of the corporation, assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or to a government entity for a public purpose.
